Finally made it back late last night from my 23-day sabbatical video/ photo/ hiking journey across the American Southwest. Dodged flash floods in Zion NP that produced rare massive waterfalls. Hiked incredible slot canyons in Utah and New Mexico. Camped in some amazing backdrops in National Parks and KOA Kampgrounds. “Surf”-hiked The Wave. Shot 300+ Gigs of material on four different cameras. It was my unofficial “artist residency on the road”. Spending time with family, unpacking, and re-re-re-backing up work today. It was an amazing trip, but I’m dearly glad to be back home! Pictures coming soon once I edit through them and color correct.
